Dominic was ten months old and hadn’t been home in months.
When we met him, he was a little guy in a big hospital room fighting for his life. Though frequently visited by nurses, all he really wanted was the comfort of his mother’s arms.
His mom, Tracy, was commuting over 70 miles from work to the hospital each day to make sure she could sleep by him at night and still work enough hours to keep their medical insurance active. Like any parent, Tracy was solely focused on doing whatever it took to be by her son’s side.
Today, after a long road of multiple surgeries, Dominic is finally stable and going home is finally in view.
Maximum Hope helped Dominic’s mom with her substantial gas expenses.
